I realized something today.

I have been blessed with an immense love of words.

And I would take that over any other talent offered me.

I'm the only one in my Brit Lit class that has read the Odyssey for fun.

Who does that?

Oh yeah. Me.

It comes easily. The words glide off the page and paint pictures in my mind. They feed my soul. They offer a forgiving mirror.

I'm blessed.

haha, that's awesome. I actually read the Odyssey for fun in 7th grade. I also tried to read Moby Dick for fun in 8th grade...Books are great, aren't they?
